Gino Sr. and Jr. are the best. In addition to the service(s) you requested them to do, if requested they will identify parts of your vehicle that need attention but lets you know if it’s immediate or something that can be handled later. They’ll actually show it to you if you want and provide you with an explanation. Absolutely no pressure at all. And you make the final decision. I trust them after being a long time customer. And most of all they perform quality work as good as or even better than the dealership but at very reasonable prices.

I've been bringing my vehicle here for a long time, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The work is always done right, and the team is honest and trustworthy. I really appreciate how they provide a detailed printout showing the work that was performed, the cost of the parts, the labor charges, and any other repairs that may be needed. Their transparency gives me confidence that I'm being treated fairly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and dependable mechanic!

Excellent service and pricing is reasonable for the quality. The front desk lady is awesome, very knowledgeable and juggles so much that I don't think the shop would survive without her! She deserves a raise. Gino is also great, he's patient and takes the time to answer questions. They are certainly my go-to shop for any repairs.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop. I had driven down from upstate NY to go on a cruise and got a flat not a mile from the port. I have an EV which has no spare to save weight. I arranged a tow to West Side and called to make arrangements with them. The booker is an absolute sweetheart. She had all my info from AAA and checked on the tire I needed. Since I had some wear I replaced both front tires. She assured me, they’d get me out as soon as possible. They got my car up on a lift within minutes of me getting there. I was out in under hour. I was really surprised at how competitive their pricing was on the tires, too! I had looked around a month or two ago and know I got a great price. The ride was immediately improved too. Everyone was great, it seemed like a family atmosphere (maybe they are family 🤷‍♂️), and they were the heroes that I will forever remember saved my vacation! Highly recommend!!

Dear Gino and Staff, I wanted to send a sincere thank you for taking such good care of me and my Sienna 2017. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I truly appreciate your honesty in telling me I needed a water pump instead of a tune-up. After losing my husband Oscar things have been a bit of a challenge, and your understanding means the world to me. It is wonderful to know there are still such good, honest people in business. See you again for many years. Best, Maria Poisler
